Bruins win some award hardware

In case you missed it, coach Claude Julien, defenseman Zdeno Chara, goalie Tim Thomas all won some awards at the NHL awards.

Julien was named the winner of the 2009 Jack Adams Award, which is awarded "to the head coach who has contributed the most to his team's success."

Chara was named the winner of the 2009 Norris Trophy, which is awarded "to the defense player who demonstrates throughout the season the greatest all-round ability in the position."

Thomas Thomas was named the winner of the 2009 Vezina Trophy, which is awarded "to the goalkeeper adjudged to be the best at his position."
